关于严厉打击假冒我司销售人员的

近期，我司发现并有客户举报有不法分子冒充北京中科海钠科技有限责任公司（以下简称“中科海钠”）及关联控股公司的销售人员，向国内外客户销售我司同类产品。此行为已严重侵害我司合法权益，损害客户利益，扰乱市场秩序。对此，我司严正声明如下：

任何未经中科海钠书面授权的个人、企业或其他组织，以“中科海钠员工”、“中科海钠海外负责人”等名义销售同类钠离子电芯产品的行为，均属侵权违法行为。

中科海钠对侵权违法行为采取“零容忍”态度，且已全面启动法律调查程序，并将通过刑事报案、民事诉讼等一切法律手段追究假冒者及相关主体的法律责任。

不法分子的侵权违法行为将导致客户权益无法获得保障。在此，我司极力提倡全球客户，通过中科海钠官方渠道验证销售人员身份及产品真伪，对疑似假冒产品或交易行为，立即终止合作并向中科海钠举报。

Solemn Declaration on Cracking Down on the Impersonation of our Salespersons

Recently, our company has discovered and some customers have reported that there are some criminals pretending to be the salespersons of HINA BATTERY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as ‘HiNa’) and its affiliated holding companies to sell similar products of our company to domestic and foreign customers. Such conduct has seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and benefits of our company, harmed the benefits of customers and disturbed the market order. In this regard, our company solemnly declares as follows:

Any individual, enterprise or other organisation not authorised by HiNa to sell the same kind of sodium ion battery core products in the name of "HiNa employee" or "HiNa overseas person in charge" is an infringement of the law.

HiNa adopts a ‘zero tolerance’ attitude towards infringement and violation of the law, and has initiated a comprehensive legal investigation process, and will pursue the legal responsibility of counterfeiters and related subjects through all legal means, such as criminal reports and civil lawsuits.

The infringement and illegal behaviour of illegal elements will lead to the inability to protect the rights and benefits of customers. Therefore, our company strongly encourages global customers worldwide to verify the identity of sales personnel and the authenticity of the products through the official channels of HiNa, and to immediately terminate the cooperation and report to HiNa in case of suspicion of counterfeit products or trade behaviour.
