Recently, our company has discovered and some customers have reported that there are some criminals pretending to be the salespersons of HINA BATTERY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as ‘HiNa’) and its affiliated holding companies to sell similar products of our company to domestic and foreign customers. Such conduct has seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and benefits of our company, harmed the benefits of customers and disturbed the market order. In this regard, our company solemnly declares as follows:

Any individual, enterprise or other organisation not authorised by HiNa to sell the same kind of sodium ion battery core products in the name of "HiNa employee" or "HiNa overseas person in charge" is an infringement of the law.

HiNa adopts a ‘zero tolerance’ attitude towards infringement and violation of the law, and has initiated a comprehensive legal investigation process, and will pursue the legal responsibility of counterfeiters and related subjects through all legal means, such as criminal reports and civil lawsuits.

The infringement and illegal behaviour of illegal elements will lead to the inability to protect the rights and benefits of customers. Therefore, our company strongly encourages global customers worldwide to verify the identity of sales personnel and the authenticity of the products through the official channels of HiNa, and to immediately terminate the cooperation and report to HiNa in case of suspicion of counterfeit products or trade behaviour.
