This marks a global milestone, ushering the commercial transport sector into a new sodium-ion era.
This sodium-ion tractor is built around the core advantages of "Less Loading, Faster Charging, More Utility," significantly reducing users' initial battery investment while dramatically increasing overall vehicle productivity. Compared to traditional lithium-ion solutions, sodium-ion batteries enable fast charging to full capacity without compromising cycle life. Key features include low heat generation during fast charging, minimal cooling requirements in high temperatures, no need for pre-heating for discharge in cold climates, high State-of-Charge (SoC) measurement accuracy, and tolerance for deep discharge without damage from over-discharge. Together, these attributes substantially improve battery utilization efficiency, daily vehicle operation hours, and transport frequency, while significantly mitigating winter range degradation and energy loss from heat management.
